Design Notes

The sequence was found in E. coli K-12. The part was codon optimized to ensure expression in "E. coli" K-12. The sequence was found in EcoliWiki. The BsmBI and BsaI restriction sites were removed at 268 and 735 respectively. Repeats of 10 bp or more were changed.
